We're going to travel through four whiskies from at least three continents to show you the variety and flavours from foreign lands.

Sherry is a Spanish fortified wine made from grapes. It can range from crisp and dry to syrupy sweet - and although sherry is delicious on its own, sherry casks are also very valuable for whisky maturation.

We'll learn about these delicious organic chocolates, made sustainably in Ecuador from tree to bar, using finest cocoa beans from local farmers. So we hope they'll pair well with our finest WOLS drams!
